Windows 7 (64-bit) freezes when running a VM and opening the Virtualbox Manager

Description

I was installing my guest system and then I opened the Virtualbox Manager. And suddenly my whole system freezes, oddly I'm still able to move the mouse. But that was all, no CTRL+ALT+DEL, all I can do is hard resetting my system.

My hardware:
NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT
Intel Q9300
AVM FRITZ!WLAN USB Stick
4GB RAM

My guest settings:
Ubuntu Server 10.04 (64-bit)
Base memory: 64 MB
Display: 8 MB
1 Processor
Audio and USB disabled.
NAT and Host-only Adapter enabled.

I reproduced this bug three times now.
