Description
This issue has been seen on the latest VB4.0 on Windows 7 as well as on Linux hosts (Debian / Gentoo).

Fixed contained in VBox 4.0.2 (in the guest additions).

AFAICS only the first parameter is not properly passed so the current workaround is to pass a dummy parameter. Seems to be a bug in VBoxService.
