Minimize button in fullscreen on Mac OSX does not work — at Initial Version

Description
For some reason the minimize button [_] on the toolbar on Mac OS X has no effect when the machine is in full screen mode. The other two buttons [[]] and [X] work as they should. It was the same back in 3.2.X I upgraded to 4.0 hoping that this will work but unfortunately it still does not.
