ExtPack install fail from cyrillic folder => Fixed in SVN

PUEL extension pack failed to install.

Error under Administrator (shield icon in right-click menu on desctop shortcut): Код ошибки метода (Method error code): RPC_E_SERVERFAULT (0x80010105) *Re-typed by hand, copy-paste not working, could mistype.

Resolution: Moved the ext-pack file to drive root.

For bug isolation purpose, created nested dirs of the same depth and character length, with same dubuious symbol ('~') in the same place, but in transliteration. It worked, under regular user.

Log file: NOT APPLICABLE. Did not run any VM in a long time, file is older than update moment.

Thanks for the report. A helper application was getting the path names as ANSI characters instead of unicode (UTF-8). Problem fixed in SVN and will be included in the next bugfix release.
