Error starting after install: REGDB_E_IIDNOTREG (0x80040155)

After installation, starting VirtualBox shows the following error:
Failed to create the VirtualBox COM object The application will now terminate Callee RC: REGDB_E_IIDNOTREG (0x80040155)
I already tried:
- Registry cleaning
- Uninstall, reboot, install
- Starting VBoxSVC.exe in command prompt --> no errors
- Reregistering several dlls
I tried version 3.1.0 earlier and it showed the same error. After waiting some time I tried 3.2.6 now, but the error still exists.
