OS/2 Warp 4 Colors are wrong at 16 million setting

Description
Guest additions are working. When setting the resolution to 16 million colors, red and blue are reversed. Everything that is supposed to be blue, is red. Everything that is supposed to be red, is blue. Colors are right when using lower settings.

Please check the file \os2\dll\gre2vman.dll It could be updated by graphic drivers installation to cause this problems.
