How Can I get this crash log? Do you mean a Windows Crash log?
By the way mhanor, "useless" is be rude with people who wants to help the community for the first time.

Attach the associated Vbox.log file and the crash minidump. I didn't want to be rude, but you must read how to correctly report a problem.

Could you check whether the issue is fixed with VBox 4.3 and 4.3 Additions, and if not - attach a fresh VM log and a minidump please?
