VirtualBox Windows are Huge in Exposé

If you try to use Exposé on your Mac to organize your windows, your VMs will show up inside of large container windows, as if the rect for the window is not set properly. This occurred after my VM started up on my secondary monitor where I had left it. See attached screenshot.
The window should a) show up on the monitor it's currently displayed on for Exposé and b) appear the correct size in Exposé.
