AVG Firewall disabled after install of oracle 3.2.4. — at Initial Version

Description
AVG 9 was running and updated. As soon as the upgrade compleeted, AVG could not re-enable the firewall. windows firewal did enable but I prefer AVG fw. Still cannot enable.
