Description
Game ATC Simulator (Aerosoft); utility 'soundchk', reports error "Run-time error '-2147467259 (80004005)'", then exits. This utility tests hardware's ability to mix synthesized (text to speech) pilot voices, background aircraft engine noise, "clicks" from turning radar scope knobs, and alarm for traffic conflicts. Interestingly, the main application runs well when only using pilot voices (TTS); however, when wanting to use extra sounds (engine, clicks, alarms) the main application reports same error and also exits. I have tried both AC97 and SB16 sound cards, same result. ATC game does not encounter this problem on real hardware.

Please reopen if this is still relevant with VBox 3.2.6. Attach a new log file in that case please.
