#also tried gparted iso , cdlinux iso to boot but fail
#it is OK for same config on VMWare and a real system , TESTED
#also tried to turn off PAE/NX and VT/AMD-V , switch between 32/64-bit cpu and the mix of above, with NO success

after removing 08r2 partition and remove the NIC, it boots a bit further
