3.1.6 guru meditation when booting solaris 10 guest

Description
My Solaris 10 guest fails to boot when running VirtualBox 3.1.6, resulting in a guru meditation. An OpenSolaris guest boots fine. VBox.log and VBox.png are attached.

Also just noticed that VirtualBox 3.1.6 is dropping log files in /Applications with names like:
<date-timestamp>-VBoxXPCOMIPCD-<pid>.log
<date-timestamp>-VBoxSVC-<pid>.log
<date-timestamp>-VirtualBoxVM-<pid>.log
I've attached the last of these, as it corresponds to the VBox.log already attached. This file mentions Guru Meditation -2701 (VERR_VMM_RING0_ASSERTION), which is not found in the attached VBox.log file.
