Before exit VirtualBox:

After Exit and New Run VirtualBox

Why Save state is reset in new run ??? In previous version Save state working correctly after many exits and runs of Virtualbox and even after reboot Host Machine.

Maybe the VBoxSVC daemon just died. What happens if you terminate the GUI and start it again?
