Remove key shortcut for installing guest additions (Host+D)

I cannot think of any situation where shortcut is useful. Installing the guest additions is a task you perform once only when VB is updated. It is not a repeating task that you need a shortcut for.

Instead I find myself quite often accidentally pressing Host+D when working in my virtual machine.

I find it kind of amusing that there is a keyboard shortcut for installing guest additions but for minimizing the virtual machine window, ​there's ​nothing..

Well, we added this shortcut by demand of other others. Perhaps you have the wrong key set as host key?

Regarding the shortcut for minimizing: This is the task of the window manager, so at least for X11 hosts this is not only a one-liner (like Host+D for the guest additions).
