Enhancement: Raise the available memory for a VM running on Win 32 bits host

Since VB 3.1, available memory for VM running on Win32 hosts has been limited to 1500M to prevent VM_MAP_FAILED (=> guru meditation).

Is it possible to improve the memory management so we can allocate more memory to the VM ? This could be very interesting for hosts having 4Gb

For information, it is possible to allocate up to 1948M with VMWare Server 1.0.10 without any errors.
