Display distorts ACT2008 on WindowsXP client — at Initial Version

Description
In version 3.1.0 after opening an ACT! database the display of the application record list is distorted.
Booting the same Virtual Machine in 3.0.12 does not cause this distortion. This has only been tested on Windows Hosts.
