Description
After upgrade to version 3.0.10 I can't create host-only interface and all my machines stop working. Downgrade to 3.0.8 did not repair problem, the error is same - Failed to create the host-only network interface

Replying to bzaujec: We will need setupapi log to detect the problem.
Could you:
- Enable setupapi logging (see Driver Installation Log section here )
- [re]move somewhere your current setupapi.app.log & setupapi.dev.log files mentioned in the document
- Try to create the host-only interface after that
and post the newly created setupapi.app.log & setupapi.dev.log files to this ticket?
