Windows 7 and VirtualBox 3.0.4-506077-Win - Install/Uninstall error

I successfully installed this version of VirtualBox earlier in the week and had trouble removing it. I am now trying to re-install VirtualBox and am getting an error "Sun xVM VirtualBox setup ended prematurely because of an error." I have enabled msi logging and found an error in the following section.

Any ideas what is going on and what I can do to clear it up?
