Tobit David InfoCenter is not working while shared folders are mounted by net use

I'm using Virtualbox 1.4.0 and it works out just fine. But there's one spooky thing: if my shared folders are "mounted" (if it is called so under Windows) by "net use", my InfoCenter (David/Tobit) doesn't show the archives (like Inbox, etc.) and I cannot read or send faxes via the Fax-Server. When cutting the connection to the mounted netshares/shared folders, everything appears just right again.
