If you save a windows XP client and restart it with VBoxManage.exe startvm vmname you get no sound

Description
If you save the state for a windows 64 host reboot and then restart the VM with VBoxManage.exe startvm vmname the sound does not work until you shutdown and restart the vmname from Virtualbox
Host is windows xp 64 all current patches
It does this for both windows and fedora 32 bit clients.
