Description
I wanted to communicate about the problem with the operation of a virtual machine guest SCO UNIX version 5.0.6, VirtualBox 3.0.2 running on Linux (openSUSE 11.0). Guest after a few minutes, losing the connection to the network, continue to operate but does not have a stable network, the network adapter to the guest PCnet-PCI II (bridged adapter), add that to the version of VirtualBox 2.1.4 everything worked.

Can you do some more tests? Is there any reason for using the PCnet-PCI-II model instead of the (default) -III model? Any chance to test the E1000 device?

The only card to which the drivers are under sco unix 5.0.6, it is the PCnet-PCI II, PCnet-PCI III also works with drivers PCnet-PCI II. E1000 for the time being tested because it involves the installation of additional drivers under the SCO test but I will know.

I tested PRO/1000 MT Desktop interface, the connection to the network is stable. However, this does not change the fact that he has operated a network of sco unix on the PCnet-PCI II, and VirtualBox 2.1.4 very stable and 3.0.2 not.
