Vbox crashes if disable and then enable a network adapter again in windows guest

Description
I am testing Vbox 3.0.0 in slackware linux. Using the ".run" installer, and all works fine. But, i found a problem, when you disable a network adapter, using windows network settings, (I made that to desfragment my windows guest disk) and try to enable him again vbox crashes.
I made that working again uninstalling the network adapter in the windows guest and after a reboot installing him again.
(sorry by my bad english...)
