Blue Screen on guested Windows XP3 which hosted on Ubuntu 8.10 -- VB3.0

Description

When upgrated from v2.2.4-47978_Ubuntu to v3.0.0-49315_Ubuntu, the guested Windows XP3 displayed blue screen at the boot time when requested to input username and password for logon.

BTW, `lsb_release -a' output the following: No LSB modules are available. Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu 8.10 Release: 8.10 Codename: intrepid

`uname -a' output the following: Linux open 2.6.27-14-generic #1 SMP Tue Jun 30 19:57:39 UTC 2009 i686 GNU/Linux

Maybe the same with  http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/420 Sorry for forgetting to take a blue screen shot.

I have try 3.0.4, it is ok.
