Windows XP guest hangs during reboot

Description
While attempting to reboot a Windows XP guest, Windows shuts down then hangs. Must manually finish the reboot (CTRL+R) for the guest to restart. This has been happening for several version on several different host machines and Windows OSes.

Same thing happened to me in 3.0.12r54655 with latest additions

Still happening, on Ubuntu 11.04 with VirtualBox 4.0.4. Shutdowns aren't affected, only reboots. The guest OS (XP) hangs on "Windows is shutting down" and must be manually reset.

This is still happening. Although this has been closed I don't see an answer.

The reason for closing this defect was that nobody responded, see my last comment. The reboot hang you observe could be actually be fixed in VBox 4.1.6 so I please test this version as well. If this still happens for you with VBox 4.1.6, please attach a VBox.log file for such a VM session.
