Description
My host is XP SP3. I just install Vista SP1 in VirtualBox 2.2.4. Then after install finished, I try to install VirtualBox Guest Addition. After guest addition installation, it reboot itself, and then came blue screen in my windows. I have to restart my PC.

Is this problem still reproducible with VBox 3.0.6?
