Description (last modified by )
I have a Debian Lenny AMD64 and Windows XP as guest. I need auto-attach all plugged in USB devices (USB Flash drives) to the guest system without any actions on the host system. I have setted up an empty filter for USB devices and all free USB devices are automatically attached to the WinXP guest when I start it. For example, USB Flash drive. But if I disconnect this device from host and connect again, Virtualbox didn't attach it again, I need to manually attach it via Devices menu. I try to create a filter for this device with any of remote states (yes, no, any), create empty filters or filters for all other devices, but nothing helps. How I can configure Virtualbox for automatic attaching usb device to working guest machine when it plugged in to host computer?
