WHen running OpenSolaris 64 bit host a 64 bit frdora guest and a 32 bit XP guest consum a lot of cpu withy Xvnc.

Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release.
The Xvnc process is still running after Xp virtual guest has stopped.
