"A duplicate network error exist" I prefered vbox 2.1 over 2.2

This happens also to me, I am happy that I am not the only one :)
In my case it happens when you start a virtual machine and in the Windows login, if you wait some time the message is shown.
VBOX 2.2.2 Host = Windows XP SP3 VBOX 2.2.2 Guest = Windows XP SP3 + Guest Additions Network Type: Workgroup
