Main Bios Checksum error after ending VBox and rebooting Host

Description
My system is a Gigabyte x58 Extreeme with an Intel I7 920 Processor, 6 GB of OCZ HP DD3 tripple channel. OS is Windows XP Pro x64.
Problem: After terminating VBox, running any guest OS (have testet various Linux and Windows versions, and rebooting host i will get "Main Bios Checksum Error, loading bios from....". Have latest Award bios loaded.

Please reopen if this problem is still relevant with a recent release of VirtualBox (3.0.4 or 3.0.6 Beta 1). Please attach a VBox.log file in that case.
