Support NTP protocol

Description
When guest is suspended/resumed (or even host), guest time will no longer be uptodate. A solution come to mind is use ntp to sync time again. I would like to have VirtualBox support NTP so that host does not need to install any ntp server.

NTP isn't suitable for synchronizing time in VMs. Many NTP clients assume that the system is running while the OS is booted. For VMs that's not true.
For this reason, the VirtualBox guest additions contain a time synchronization service.
