Unable to resize Windows screen size with 2.14

Description
Windows virtual box video driver shows other screen resolutions avail but my windows instance refuses to use the new screen sizes and is stuck at VGA size. No error messages displayed in GUI or in event viewer.

Please reopen if still relevant with VBox 3.1.8 / 3.2.4. Make sure that you installed the guest additions.
