CapsLock not wokring on Ubuntu 7.04 on VirtualBox 1.3.8 on host WindowsXP SP2

Description
Hi, on Ubuntu virtual machine, CapsLock key is not responding. But it works fine on host Windows XP.
If I switch to Windows and open Notepad I can see CapsLock is working fine. If I press CapsLock (so upper letters are in Windows) then in Ubuntu VM upper letters are default and pressing CapsLock to turn off upper keys is not working.
To get upper/lower letters I have to press Shift key, which is not very appropriate.

On the SVN version, caps lock works if you hold it down for a second or two instead of just pressing it.
