First, please describe usage scenarios, which led to crash (applications you're running, drivers, anything unusual in config.sys on autoexec.bat, what have you done). Then we can look at what could be done to get it resolved.

Unfortunately, without better logs and usage scenarios leading to crash it's rather hard to tell what's being wrong (assertion you hit at the end of log is pretty generic, and would mean real machine will just reset).
