Live upgrade doesn't work

Description
Tried to upgrade the guest using live upgrade (from snv_94 to snv_106) but the system rebooted after issuing "luupgrade -u -n snv_106 -s /cdrom/sol_11_x86".
The reboot occured after this line appeared: Locating the operating system upgrade program
