Installing Quicken 4 on Windows 2000 guest causes Guru Meditation

Description
Running Virtualbox 2.0.4_OSE on Ubuntu 8.10 host
When I attempt to install Quicken 4 on my Windows 2000 guest I get the Guru Meditation window and the guest crashes.
I've done this successfully in the past using Virtualbox 1.5.6_OSE

Retry with 2.1.2 and update your guest additions too. 2.0.4 is rather old.
Tried that this morning. No 'Guru Meditation' window but Windows 2000 guest still crashes.

Please reopen if still relevant with VBox 3.1.6.
