Dock icons in 2.1.2-- yuck

Description
The new guest dock icons in 2.1.2 are definitely *not* an improvement-- they're bigger than all the other dock icons, which doesn't look good, and there's so much wasted space in their design that would be better used to show a bigger thumbnail of the VM. The OS badge in the bottom right is so tiny as to be virtually useless (certainly the OpenSolaris badge just looks like a fuzzy mess), and the VirtualBox logo at the bottom middle is a gratuitous waste of space.
Possibly worst of all, the dock icon tooltip *still* just shows "VirtualBoxVM" instead of the actual VM name, which would surely have been a much more important improvement to focus on...

This is your personal opinion. Most of the people see it internally before the release liked it.
About the VM name: Currently we didn't find a way of changing that name after starting a process. This is an limitation of Mac OS X. If you or someone else know a way of doing that, let us know.
