Description
My Windows XP virtual machine abort regularly when the mouse pointer is moved out of the virtual machine's window. However, I have not found a way to reproduce this reliably. I have the impression that it may be related to the capturing/release of the mouse pointer.
I understand that this is a bit of an unfortunate error description, and am happy to collect more information if you tell me how.

I am having same unexplained aborts , with ubuntu interpid and VBOX 2.1.2. it was much more stable in 1.6. Do you use the interpid or more correctly Kernel 2.6.27 ?

Please reopen this ticket if the problem persists with VirtualBox 2.2.2.
Could you attach a VBox.log file of a such a session when the XP guest aborted? Does abort really means abort or do you mean pause?
