USB devices (ADC-11 + PicoScope 2000 series) from Pico doesn't work in virtualbox — at Initial Version

Description
When trying to use USB devices from pico "http://www.picotech.com/", the pico application is "hanging" in startup with: enumerating USB devices, and is never finding them. This problem was also occurring in VMWare, and the fault was identified to be in both WMWare and the pico software, and after VMWare + pico corrected it, it's working in VMWare, but not in virtualbox
"Thanks to the outstanding VMware Fusion team, VMware fixed their bug, worked with PicoTech to fix their bug (bad descriptor) and now, with R5.17.1 from PicoTech, the PS2202 works on Fusion and Boot Camp alike. Kudos to VMware!"
