windows 2000 SP4 server won't install anymore

  1. insert MSDN's win2k SP4 server CD in drive and mount it in vBox
  2. VM settings are: 5gb HDD/256 RAM/no network adapter/VTx enabled ACPI enabled
  3. start booting from CD and select format all as NTFS partition leaving all required fields in its default state

it will copy files, start windows mini-setup phase and onto final stage of it, (saving settings) will reboot shortly and start windows mini-setup again (it will do it forever if installation was interrupted).

I try set PXII3 controller , VTx disabling , ACPI, disabling and combination of this.... it doesnt help ...

Check the manual. There's a section in chapter 11 iirc.
