We need a clear and visible development policy about what can be regarded as stable

Description
Although praised as the new version of Virtualbox the latest 2.1.0 version is incomplete (VDI shrinking etc.) and has critical bugs. The errormessages coming up when calling a non implemented feature show that 2.1.0 was released fully aware that it is not complete. Please stop this bad practice and make a clear distinction between stable versions with full feature-set and incomplete versions that are still under development. I suggest that a Virtualbox version is officially called beta until all features of the former version have been implemented and all critical bugs have been fixed.
