Windows XP crash with "Serious Sam" game, when other VM started

From the log: 00:10:52.086 OpenGL Error: Out of memory trying to allocate 524288 bytes! How much memory do you have, and how much is allocated per VM?
Though it should toss a warning and not crash, indeed.

Host: Win XP SP2, VBox 2.1.0, ATI Radeon HD 3850 256 MB VRAM, 4 GB of RAM
Guest 1: Win XP, 3D enabled, Serious Sam 1 game running 16 MB VRAM, 512 MB of RAM
Guest 1: Win 2000, 3D disabled, 8 MB of VRAM, 256 MB of RAM
Perhaps in addition to RAM, log file should include the VRAM size of guest + host.
