Description
I've experienced with MS Windows XP Home,
- Error Description: The Application Management Service terminated with the following error: The specified module could not be found.

- New Hardware Detection Wizard appeared for "Mass Storage Device".
Virtualbox deleted my driver: Texas Instruments PCIxx21 Integrated Flash Media Controller

Could be related to the USB filter driver in 1.3.8. Since we rewrote USB for 1.4.0, it's no longer valid.
