Running Red Hat ES3u6 obn VB 2.0.2/2.04 requires "noapic" at RH boot time

Description
In order to successfully start and run RH 3u6 it is necessary to specify "noapic" as a boot parameter for RH. Otherwise RH will continiously report lost interrupts for hda, dma, etc. The system will be dead slow and not function properly.
