Dynamically expanding images

Description
It's not clear from the manual or pages on setting up virtualbox that the value set when creating a dynamically expanding disc is it's maximum, not the minimum it will start out. A few words to this effect at selection would make it significantly easier and save time with reinstalls and ghosting to correct the mistake

It's very clearly explained on the page that allows you to choose the image type: 'It will grow dynamically (up to the size specified) as the Guest OS claims disk space'
