Title bar remains white when Windows is set to Dark mode

Description
VirtualBox's title bar does not respect the Dark mode setting built into Windows. Both the main window and the windows housing each virtual machine have white title bars under Dark mode. Tested on Windows 11 22H2 and 23H2.
Expected outcome: Title bars should be black or dark grey in Dark mode
Steps to reproduce:
- Enable Dark mode on Windows 11 in Settings
- Open VirtualBox
