VBox Manager window width

Description

There's something a little "weird" I've been noticing, over some years' time, in the behaviour of the VB manager window. The minimum width below which the window can not be shrinked anymore (by dragging) is often sensibly larger than the actual visible content of the window.

I don't know whether this happens only in my system (Win10 64, 32GB Ram, GeForce 9800 GT) and I understand that the developers may have decided to disable the hotizontal scroll-bars (which could sometimes be convenient, anyway).

Nevertheless I think it would be useful to be able to shrink the window to its actual visible content, so to have it take up as little screen space as possible. Especially for those users who, like me, like to keep the Manager always in sight (maybe on a second or third monitor).

I know this is NO big issue at all, but I thought I'd mention it anyway because it's maybe an easy change to implement, which could add further flexibility to the program.

I also think it could be useful to show and differentiate more... graphically, in the left column of the manager, the running VMs from the others. The tiles for active machines, for example, might have a different background color.
