Hi Mad Dog Black,

Not enough information to say something certain. There was a recent fix related to guest kernel panic during Guest Additions installation, but I don't know if you hit exactly this case. Could you please try one of the "Latest 7.0.x test builds" for Guest Additions on Test Builds page? Version VBoxGuestAdditions_7.0.9-158050.iso and newer should have mentioned fix.
