VM crashes after update KDE Neon VM

I have a KDE Neon 22.04 installation. After getting a notification from within the OS that updates existed, i downloaded them and restarted the system. All files where updated and at the end, it automatically rebooted. After rebooting and the "Select Operating System" menu timeout was reached, it tried to continue loading the OS, but instead the following message appeared:

A critical error has occurred while running the virtual machine and the machine execution has been stopped. <rest of the message sniped>.

VBox logs are attached (username and domain replaced for privacy reasons).
