My Kali on the VM is not syncing-Kernel Panic, need help as I'm not able to finish my online school project without this

Could you please attach VBox.log and at least a screenshot of guest panic? In ideal case it would also be helpful to see guest
dmesgoutput. Here is a hint on how to get it https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Serial_redirect.
