Relax disk image assignment restrictions, please!

Description
It is ok if a read/write harddisk image cannot be used by two running v.m. at the same time, but it is a very bad idea to prevent assignment of same image to different machines. This hinders tests with different machine configurations badly.

Fixed in 2.1.0 AFAIR, but in every case this works with VBox 2.2.0.

Anyway, I would prefer to have the opportunity to assign even read/write harddisks to multiple running v.m. at the same time. Possible application: testing a Global File System (GFS), which is designed specifically to handle this case.
